** ONCE WE CONFIRM THE REFERRAL IN WRITING AND THE SALE/PURCHASE IS CLOSED, WE AGREE TO SEND THE REFERRAL FEE BASED ON THE GROSS COMMISSION. WE WILL ENCLOSE DETAILS OF THE SALE WITH THE CHECK.

*If you send another referral within 12 months, your subsequent referral fee is 30%!
