GULF ACCESS — COQUINA SANDS
The Moorings/Coquina Sands neighborhoods are centrally located, stretching from US 41 to the Gulf of Mexico. Much of the area is waterfront, especially in The Moorings, with boat docks and shimmering views for both single-family homes and condominiums.
Coquina Sands, located just north of Olde Naples is a thriving community of 270 homes and approximately 650 condominium units that were originally built in the late 1960s and 1970s. Like most neighborhoods from this period, homes have seen major enhancements and many of those along the waterfront have been replaced with estate homes with all the amenities that one can imagine. Coquina Sands lies within the Naples city limits and is convenient to all that Naples has to offer.
