Alicia (Alex) Kincaid originally from Texas, was raised in Florida and began her real estate career over 10 years ago and joined Team Paradise in 2011. Years of experience and a vast knowledge of the real estate world make her a valuable asset. She brings along her expertise in computer technology and administrative skills, as well as knowledge of marketing techniques. Alex helps coordinating every aspect of all listings and closings for our buyers and sellers, making sure the process are a smooth closing. Her main goal is to keep buyers and sellers satisfied from the beginning to the end.

Alex loves to live life to the fullest in sunny paradise with her family. She enjoys gatherings at her mother’s on the weekends. Especially, she is grateful to see her seven younger sisters including her seven nieces and seven nephews. Also, she enjoys cooking Mexican food, reading and teaching her little one and having date nights with her husband often. |
